How it Works

Choose Your Package

  • Select from our available packages based on the number of guests.

  • Add any special requests (e.g., custom backgrounds, specific themes).

  1. Secure Your Booking

    • Check our availability for your wedding date.

    • Pay a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.

  2. Pre-Wedding Consultation

    • Meet with our illustrator (in-person or virtually) to discuss your wedding theme and preferences.

    • Share details about your venue layout and timeline for the event.

  3. Event Day Setup

    • Our illustrator will arrive early to set up a creative workstation at your venue.

    • We’ll create a comfortable and inviting space for your guests to be illustrated.

  4. Live Illustrations for Your Guests

    • Guests will take turns being sketched while they enjoy the celebration.

    • Each illustration takes approximately 5–10 minutes and will be handed to guests as a keepsake.

  5. Post-Wedding Follow-Up

    • Receive digital copies of the illustrations (optional).

    • Share the artworks with your guests or on social media.
